2. Notice. Mr.Satyakam, the learned ASC accepts notice and states that if a time bound directions are issued, the refund orders will be passed.
3. It is accordingly directed that the DVAT Department shall issue the appropriate refund order within four weeks from today and within one week thereafter, the refund amount together with interest due thereon will be directly credited to the account of the Petitioner. In case the Petitioner has any grievance regarding non-compliance with the above directions, it can WP(C) 5454/2017
seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
