% 31.01.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the captioned petition for quashing of the FIR no.166/2007 under Sections 452, 323, 506, 34 IPC of police station Timar Pur, the petitioner reserving the right to approach the competent criminal court with an application for compounding under Section 320 Cr. PC qua such offences as are compoundable on the basis of settlement and to come up with a fresh petition respecting the remainder of the case on the basis of a fresh settlement which is necessary in view of the death of Jang Bahadur, one of the victims of the crime. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted.
