There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

A perusal of the record shows that on 06.12.2024, a request for adjournment was noted on behalf of the petitioner. The Predecessor Bench had noted that the petitioner did not seem to be interested in pursuing the matter however, in the interest of justice, one final opportunity was granted for the petitioner to appear in person. The matter was re-notified for 06.03.2025 on which date also there was no appearance and the petitioner failed to comply with the directions of the Court. 3.

Thereafter, on 25.03.2025, on an application filed by learned counsel for the petitioner seeking discharge in the matter stating that the petitioner remained unresponsive, a notice of default was issued to the petitioner. It is apparent that the petitioner has no interest in pursuing the present petition. Accordingly, the petition along with pending applications is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
