% 21.12.2016 This is a petition under Section 482 read with Section 439(2) Cr.P.C seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.1 vide order dated 26th May, 2015 in Bail Application No.736/2015, filed on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the agreement which was formulated is not being complied with by the respondent No.1 Mr.Sambhav Khanna. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim protection granted to the respondent No.1 Mr.Sambhav Khanna vide order dated 26th May, 2015 in Bail Application No.736/2015 stands vacated. The Court below/Investigating officer is directed to take necessary steps as per law.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
