% 14.09.2018 The respondent- Sh.Vinod Kumar Agarwal, is present in person in court and sates that a sum of Rs.20 lakhs has already been paid to the petitioner, which is duly acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sh.Vinod Kumar Agarwal undertakes to this court that necessary balance payment of Rs.15 lakhs shall be paid within six weeks from today. The undertaking of Sh.Vinod Kumar Agarwal is taken on record. He shall remain bound by the undertaking given by him in court today. In view of the above undertaking of Sh.Vinod Kumar Agarwal, the present contempt petition is disposed of.

In case of any default on the part of the respondent Sh.Vinod Kumar Agarwal in making payment of the balance amount, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present contempt petition. JAYANT NATH, J.
