W.P.(CRL) 3191/2016 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 1/2014 under Sections 420/464/467/468/471/120 B IPC registered at PS EOW, Mandir Marg on the complaint of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 on the ground that the petitioner is not involved in the said FIR. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to W.P.(CRL) 3191/2016

withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all these pleas in case a charge sheet is filed and he is summoned at the stage of charge. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
