% 26.10.2018 For the relief claimed in this petition, petitioner had purportedly made a Representation to respondent-MCD on 7th July, 2018 The grievance of petitioner is that there is no response to the said Representation.

Despite service of advance notice, there is no Representation on behalf of respondent-MCD.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent-MCD to pass a speaking order on petitioner's Representation of 7th July, 2018 within a period of four weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
