W.P.(CRL) 3171/2016 Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 are the cousins. Respondent no.3 is servant of respondent no.2. On the complaint of respondent no.3, present FIR No.SWD-DA-000252/2016 under Sections 380/457 IPC was registered against the petitioners.
It is submitted that disputes arose on account of differences arisen between cousins over the business. Petitioners and
respondent nos.2 & 3 have settled their disputes amicably and prayed for quashing the FIR.
It is submitted that settlement has been arrived at between the parties without any undue force, pressure and coercion. Keeping in mind the fact that the parties have settled their disputes amicably, FIR No.SWD-DA-000252/2016 under Sections 380/457 IPC registered at District Crime Branch, Delhi through e-filing and investigated by police station Dabri, is quashed, subject to however petitioner no.1 depositing `25,000/- with Delhi High Court Bar Association Lawyers' Social Security & Welfare Funds, New Delhi within two weeks and receipt thereof be produced before the Investigating Officer. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
