After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that appellants will receive in the name of the appellant no.1 a sum of Rs.50,000/- in full and final settlement of any claim which the appellants have in this litigation or subject matter of litigation with the respondents/defendants.

The sum of Rs.50,000/- will be paid by the respondents through a banking instrument drawn in the name of the appellant no.1 within a period of three months from today and will be given to the appellants either directly or through their counsel who is appearing in Court today.

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the present consent order.
