After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order in the presence of the parties that the appeal be disposed of as not pressed but appellants are granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.12.2020. It is also agreed that for the period of stay of the appellants in the suit premises the respondent makes no monetary claim either of damages/mesne profits or otherwise. Appellants will however clear all charges towards electricity, water, etc., as payable for the suit premises till the appellants stay in the suit premises. 2.
Let the appellants file their affidavits of undertaking in this Court in terms of the present order within two weeks from today and on the appellants filing the undertakings and complying with the RFA 874/2016
terms of the same, the appellants are granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.12.2020.

It is also agreed that one other suit which is filed by the appellants with respect to questioning the Conveyance Deed of the suit property by the DDA in favour of the respondent/plaintiff will be withdrawn by the appellants on the next date of hearing before the concerned civil court.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.
