O R D E R

% 19.12.2016 Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 28th July, 2014 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement (Annexure P2).

Petitioner nos.2 to 4 are the relatives of petitioner no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Satish Yadav PS Dwarka North. She has admitted that she has settled the matter with petitioner no.1 before the mediation centre. She has further admitted that property bearing no.345, Sector-13, Pocket-B, Metro View Apartment, Dwarka, Delhi has been transferred by petitioner no.1 in her name and in the

name of minor children. She has also admitted that she has received the original title deed.

It is submitted that registered gift deed has also been executed. First motion has also been accepted by the Family Court, Dwarka, Delhi.

Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 further submit that second motion has already been filed but trial court has fixed the matter for 12th January, 2017. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have to leave for USA and Australia respectively.

They will be represented before the trial court through their attorneys. Respondent no.2 submits that she has no objection in case present FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 before the mediation centre, FIR No.14/2014 under Sections 498A/406/434 IPC registered at police station Dwarka North and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
