O R D E R

% 18.08.2015 Crl.M.A.11907/2015 The applicant/petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 17.07.2015, whereby he was released on parole for a period of 30 days from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the order to the extent that instead of two sureties, the order should be for one surety.

The reasons ascribed by the petitioner for seeking such modification are his ailing wife, parents of old age and poverty as well as his inability to arrange more than one surety.

Considering such grounds, this court is inclined to modify the order dated 17.07.2015.

The petitioner would be released on parole for a period of 30 days from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Remaining conditions imposed in the last order shall subsist with the present order as well.

The application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of the concerned jail for intimation to the petitioner and also for compliance. ASHUTOSH KUMAR, J AUGUST 18, 2015 n
