% 01.02.2017 IA No. 1326/2017 This is an application seeking enlargement of time for furnishing the security as directed on 22.12.2016. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant will deposit a Bank Guarantee for a sum of ₹5,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today.

He requests for further time to furnish the Bank Guarantee for balance amount. Subject to the applicant furnishing the Bank Guarantee for a sum of ₹5,00,000/- within a period of one week from today, the time for furnishing the balance security is extended for a further period of six weeks from today.

The application is disposed of.
