% 15.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 25th April, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.3401/2016, whereby the Court directed that petitioner's writ petition be treated as a representation to DUSIB and further directed the respondent-CEO, DUSIB to dispose of the same within eight weeks by way of a speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Today in Court, learned counsel for the respondent-DUSIB has handed over a photocopy of the order dated 10th March, 2017 by virtue of which the petitioner's writ petition was treated as a representation and disposed of. The photocopy of the order dated 10th March, 2017 is taken on record.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 10th March, 2017, he is given liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
