% 07.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the statutory body. His submission is that the illegal and unauthorized construction has been permitted at the Government land in Khasra No.409, situated at 40 foota road, near Kalindi Kunj, Shaheen Bagh, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/SDMC has put in appearance. Counsel for respondent no.2 and 3 has also put in appearance. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the details of the Government land have not been mentioned in the petition. His submission at the outset is that this petition is not maintainable.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for respondent no.1 under instructions submits that there is no property by the property no.G-82; it does not exist. Qua G-83 and G-84 it is submitted that these

properties stand booked and sealing action has also been initiated against them. Work stop notice has also been issued. Prosecution has also been ordered and all actions in accordance with law shall be initiated and carried out. Qua property No.G-86, it is submitted that only renovation working is being carried out. Qua property no.G-59 it is submitted that there is no property by no.G-59. This property is numbered as property No.G-60. The same action which has been taken qua properties no.G-83 and G-84 as been taken qua property no.G-60. This satisfies the case of the petitioner. He does not press this petition any further.

This petition stands disposed of.
