W.P.(C) 10538/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent/SDMC. Submission is that illegal and unauthorized construction has been raised on property bearing no.51A, Arjun Nagar, near Green Park, New Delhi; this is against the bye-laws of the Corporation.
On advance notice, learned counsels for respondents have put in appearance. Submission of learned counsel for respondent no.1 is that this appears to be a landlord and tenant dispute and this is clear from the averments made in the petition. His submission is that the property has already stands book on 27.10.2016. Eviction notice is also likely to be issued. All actions in accordance with law shall be initiated and shall be taken.
This undertaking of the respondent/SDMC is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that the respondent no.1 shall carry out this undertaking in true letter and spirit.
No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
