% 09.12.2016 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to reconsider and decide the petitioner's candidature for appointment as Notary at Bharuch, Gujarat in terms of the review application filed by her. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the review petition, filed by the petitioner, had been dismissed on 09.11.2016. Copy of the order has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. Copy of the order is produced in Court today. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, inter alia, impugning the order dated 09.11.2016.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty of the petitioner as prayed for.
