% 25.07.2017 Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the petition in view of the circumstance that Ms. Surbhi Yadav who is purportedly his wife, has appeared before this Court and denied having married the petitioner. Further she has categorically stated that she is not willing to reside with the petitioner.

In view of the foregoing, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn since no further directions are called for.
