O R D E R

% 29.11.2016 Mr. Devesh Singh, learned additional standing counsel for Govt. of NCT of Delhi assures and undertakes to this Court that the order dated 27th November, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) 9869/2015 shall be implemented within two weeks.

Respondent-DSSB is also directed to conduct an enquiry to determine as to who is liable for not implementing the order dated 27th November, 2015 for nearly a year. If there has been any lapse on the part of any official/s, suitable action in accordance with law should be initiated against such official/s.

With the aforesaid directions, present contempt petition stands disposed of. However, respondent-DSSB shall file a status report within eight weeks.

List on 14th March, 2017 for directions.
