O R D E R

% 04.11.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 12th August, 2016, passed by a Division Bench of this Court in C.M Appl. No.20133/2014 in LPA No.989/2004, whereby the respondents were directed to execute a conveyance deed in respect of Flat No. 404, Block N-4, Pocket D-6 (HIG), Vasant Kunj, New Delhi in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have failed to execute the conveyance deed in respect of the demised flat in favour of the petitioner till date.

Learned counsel for the respondent-DDA who appears on advance notice states that DDA has decided to implement the aforesaid Division Bench order and to issue formal possession as well as to execute the conveyance deed after payment of prescribed

conversion charges, stamp duty and completion of other formalities. He further assures this Court that a 'nil demand letter' shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The statements made by learned counsel for the respondentDDA are accepted by this Court and DDA is held bound by the same. In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.
