The counsel for plaintiff in CS(OS) 303/2016 and counsel for plaintiff in CS(OS) 608/2016 state that Babbar Shamsher Jung Bahadur has no role in the settlement and was merely an attorney of the plaintiff in CS(OS) 608/2016.

The position with respect to Babbar Shamsher Jung Bahadur will be considered subject to the outcome of the settlement talks stated to be underway.
