Mr. Kundu, the learned counsel for the State accepts notice. The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-filing of a chargesheet in a case, which has been pending investigations for the last five years. Mr. Kundu, the learned Additional Standing Counsel submits, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer present in the Court, that the chargesheet will be filed within two weeks. Should it not be filed, the DCP of the area concerned shall look into the matter and initiate appropriate action, as may be required in the matter.

The petition stands disposed-off in view of the above. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
