Petitioner's employment is with Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) as the petitioner is employed with Government Girls Senior Secondary School. Disputes of employees of GNCTD with GNCTD are to be decided with the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, and therefore counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the petition to file the same before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi.
