Reply not filed by respondent No.2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that vide order dated 07.03.2019, the trial court has discharged respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already challenged the discharge order before the revision court and the petition is pending there.

Learned APP submitted that in view of the discharge of respondent No.2, the petition has become infructuous. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition as the same has become infructuous with the liberty to file the same petition on the same cause of action in

case the discharge order is set aside by the courts in due course. 5.
