% 29.11.2016 The refund claim here relates to the period 2015-16. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no instructions. The respondents are directed to process the claim and pass a refund order and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner and any amounts due including interest shall be remitted to its account within two weeks. A direction is also issued that the interest shall be paid from the date it became due and not from the date of furnishing Form-9 and the calculation of interest shall be indicated.

In case there is any discrepancy, the petitioner is at liberty to apply to the VATO who shall decide the application within a month of its presentation.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
