Respondents are directed to pass a speaking order showing the basis for the calculation of interest; the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks. In the event, the petitioner is not satisfied it is open to him to seek its remedies before the OHA by moving appropriate application which shall be decided within a month of its filing.
