% 02.11.2016 CM 40767/2016 Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 10366/2016 & CM 40766/2016 The petitioner has already sought some clarification from the respondents through e-mails and which are also reflected in the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the correspondence forwarded by the petitioner as also the contents of the petition shall be examined and appropriate corrigenda shall be issued, if necessary.

Insofar as one issue is concerned which pertains to a typographical error which has crept in the amended part of the clause 2 of the qualification criteria where the word 'and' has been printed in place of the word 'or', it is submitted that necessary correction shall be carried out and would be put on notice.

In view of the aforesaid, no further directions are necessary in this writ petition. The same stands disposed of.
