% 07.11.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be filing a review application before the Tribunal seeking clarification on certain aspects. He, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition. Without expressing any opinion, we allow the present

writ petition to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. A review application, if filed, would be examined as per the parameters of review. However, in case application for condonation of delay is filed within fifteen days from today, it will not be dismissed on the ground of limitation. We also clarify that we have not interfered with paragraph 4 of the impugned order.
