% 28.11.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders dated 10th December, 2014, 13th April, 2015 and 26th April, 2016 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CS(OS) No.1247/20002, whereby the respondent-Auction Purchaser was directed to place on record the TDS certificates with the Registrar General of this Court.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that despite the aforesaid orders, the respondent has not placed on record the TDS certificates. In the opinion of this Court, if the aforesaid orders are not being complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has an alternative effective remedy by approaching the same Court. Consequently, the present contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file the alternative proceedings in accordance with law.
