O R D E R

% 23.02.2017 Status report has been filed by respondent no.1/SDMC. In this status report it is stated that the property in question i.e. the property bearing No.W-3, Green Park Main, New Delhi was inspected by the field staff of the SDMC. Devations/access coverage have been noticed at the basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor as also in the third floor there are columns have raised. Action has been initiated under Sections 343 and 344 of the DMC Act. On 09.01.2017 show cause notice was also given to the occupier of the property. It is stated that hearing had lastly been fixed on 21.02.2017. It is further stated that all actions which have been initiated in accordance with law shall be completed. It is pointed out that the petitioner himself

has made certain excess/deviation. The petitioner (present in Court) has received a notice from the Corporation two days ago. He shall appear before the Competent Authority to answer the show cause notice. Noting the status report as detailed by the respondent and the commitment of respondent no.1 to complete all necessary action in accordance with law, this Court is of the view that no further orders are called for in this petition.

Petition disposed of.
