After arguments petitioner, who appears in person, does not press this writ petition as it is said that petitioner has already, pursuant to the impugned transfer order dated 19.10.2016, joined at Ranchi in Jharkhand and that the petitioner will now use his good office to make representation for being considered if the petitioner can come back to Delhi or any other place to which the petitioner may want a posting instead of Ranchi.
