Learned counsel for the appellant states that pursuant to the last order, he has obtained instructions from his client to the effect that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of the appellant to approach the Learned Family Court and point out certain change of circumstances that would merit an enhancement in the maintenance fixed under the impugned order dated 09.09.2016 and for modification of the said order on other counts.
