It is seen that Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) as a whole with its departments is covered in the list of institutions under the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, and therefore, at the request made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
