Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the relief granted to the RSA 388/2016

appellant herein was available to him for a period of four weeks from the judgment dated 16th July, 2016 passed by the First Appellate Court which has lapsed.

Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the Special Court for getting appropriate relief and the period of four weeks granted by the First Appellate Court is extended by four weeks from today. 3.

Granting the liberty as prayed for, the appeal along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
