CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 23.02.2017 By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 9th June, 2016 passed by the Secretary/Convenor, District Victim Compensation Committee, North District, Delhi Legal Services Authority, Rohini Courts, Delhi, whereby petitioner has been awarded interim compensation of `1 lac. Petitioner had filed Crl. M.C. No. 3571/2016 against the same very order, which was withdrawn on 26th September, 2016.
Now, petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition. It is noted that trial is pending.
Out of 28 witnesses, 24 have already been examined. Interim compensation has been awarded by the DLSA, pursuant to the order dated 20th October, 2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohini
Courts, Delhi.
After conclusion of trial, trial court can always make recommendation for compensation under Section 357-A Cr.P.C. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Dismissed.
