% 14.02.2019 Counsel for the appellants states that in view of the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 13.07.2018 in IA No.10570/2016 in CS(OS) 3304/2015, he does not wish to press the present appeal. Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellants shall however deposit the costs imposed vide order dated 27.11.2018 within one week and place the receipt on record.
