% 14.12.2024 The appellant/Insurance Company has filed this appeal for reduction of the award dated 01.08.2016.

After some discussion, learned counsel for the Insurance Company on instructions has agreed to withdraw the appeal. In view of the above, Registrar General is directed to release the balance amount lying deposited along with total interest in favour of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in terms of the award passed by the learned Tribunal concerned.

The statutory amount, if any, be refunded to the Insurance Company.
