This is an Application filed on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and 2 for release of the amount.

Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the present Appeal has been disposed of by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 28.11.2024 and the amounts deposited may be released in favour of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in accordance with the Impugned Award. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he has no objection if the prayers made in the present Application are allowed. 4.

Accordingly, the Respondents Nos. 1 and 2 are liberty to take all necessary steps for release of the amount deposited. 5.

The Application is disposed of.
