% 29.11.2016 It is stated that the refund orders along with interest is under process. Respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on refund and the interest and ensure that the entire and up to date interest along with principle refund due is remitted to the petitioner's account within a week. A direction is also issued that the interest shall be paid from the date it became due and not from the date of furnishing Form-9 and the calculation of interest shall be indicated.

In case there is any discrepancy, the petitioner is at liberty to apply to the VATO who shall decide the application within a month of its presentation.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
