% 20.07.2017 Learned counsel for appearing for respondent no.2 submits that the demarcation report qua the aforenoted land had been carried out in the presence of the petitioner on 16.3.2017. The report has now been forwarded to respondent no.3 i.e. DDA.

The prayer made in the writ petition appears to be satisfied/ Copy of the demarcation report shall be handed over to the petitioner in next two weeks.
