Summons be issued to the Shri Dinesh Jha, SDM(HQ)/Treasury Officer from the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Delhi Treasury, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi-110054 to depose and produce the documents mentioned hereinbelow before the learned Arbitrator at DIAC, Delhi High Court Complex New Delhi on 11th November 2016 at 2 pm or the further adjourned date as will be informed to the Registry by the counsel for the Petitioner: (a) Produce entire original record pertaining to the non-judicial stamp paper O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 42/2016

bearing Serial No.K-274786 of Rs.100 with stock register and name of the vendor to whom the stamp paper was sold and issued; (b) Records on the basis of which the letter dated 11th September 2015 bearing Ref. No.N.F.l(1)/RTI/DT /DC/09-1 0/180-182 issued by Shri Dinesh Jha, SDM(HQ)/Treasury Officer, Delhi under the RTI Act, 2005 to Shri Brajendra Khandelwal, C-802, Munirka CGHS Ltd., Plot No.11, Sector-9, Dwarka, New Delhi-75 i.e. the Petitioner herein. (c) Records pertaining to and on the basis of which the letter dated 20th November 2015 bearing Ref. No.N.F.1(1)/R TI/DT /DC/09-1 0/266 issued by Shri Dinesh Jha, SDM (HQ)/Treasury Officer, Delhi under RTI Act, 2005 to Shri Mahesh KhandelwaJ, C-802, Amrapali Sapphire, Sector-45, Noida-201301 i.e. Respondent No.2 herein.
