% 09.05.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 19th July, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 3219/2014 whereby respondent-SDMC was directed to ensure that the drainage pipe going from the second floor to the ground floor if blocked, shall be unblocked within four weeks.

In the status report filed by the respondent-SDMC on 24th November, 2016, it has been stated that there is no blockage and the flow was uninterrupted and continuous.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. MANMOHAN, J MAY 09, 2017/rn
