The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.192/2016 registered under Sections 365/376/342/506/34 IPC at PS Karawal Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 08.11.2016, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then. Status report reveals that main allegations are against Asmat who had allegedly committed rape upon the prosecutrix and had taken her to Bihar where the prosecutrix remained in his company for about two and a half months. reveals that Asmat had filed 'nikahnama' and marriage deed at the time of seeking anticipatory bail.

These documents on verification were found genuine and Asmat was granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
