This is an application moved on behalf of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.312/2017 under Sections 308/506/34 IPC, PS Seema Puri, Delhi. 2.

None has appeared on behalf of petitioner despite passover. 3.

As per the status report filed on behalf of the State, notice to the petitioner to join investigation could not be served as his house was found locked on two occasions i.e. on 5th July, 2007 and 7th July, 2017. 4.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 3rd July, 2017, it was directed that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner subject to the petitioner joining investigation as and when required by the concerned IO/SHO. 5.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. 6.

The Application is dismissed.
