Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bank guarantees already stands encashed and, as such, the petition has become infructuous. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. IA No.9085/2017 (on behalf of R-1 seeking rectification of judgment and order dated 30.06.2017) Learned senior counsel for the respondent submits that since the petition has been dismissed as infructuous, he does not press this application.
