O R D E R

% 10.12.2018 Pursuant to order dated 12.10.2018, learned counsel for the respondent/university submits that the university is agreeable to allow the petitioner to file an appeal against the decision of the disciplinary authority which lies with the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and had condoned the delay in filing of the appeal which is to be filed within 45 days as per Rule 77 of the University Non-Teaching Employees (Terms & Conditions of Service) Rules 2013 as an extension to meet the ends of justice. I appreciate the gesture of the university and accordingly, I hereby direct the petitioners to file appeal within two weeks from today and the appeal shall be decided within four weeks thereafter. Needless to state that the delay in filing the appeal has been condoned and the petitioner has given two weeks time to file the appeal. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing

within one week after the decision.
