% 12.05.2016 Petitioner has prayed in this writ petition that respondent be directed not to cancel the contract of Unipole at site S-63, (on Open Land opposite DLF Mall FTC Max Hospital to Sheikh Sarai, South Zone) and at Toilet Block at Panchsheel Club, Opposite Flyover, South Zone. Learned counsel for respondent submits that contract has already been cancelled. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner would be availing appropriate legal remedy against the cancellation of contract. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Disposed of as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
