% 11.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation dated 21.9.2016 has not been addressed. Her submission is that illegal and unauthorized construction is being permitted at property No.276 & 288, Nizam Nagar, Nizamuddin, New Delhi which has damaged the property of the petitioner which is adjacent to the said property. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. Her submission is that the aforenoted property is an old property and at present no construction is going on. Learned counsel for respondent undertakes to ensure that the representation of the petitioner shall be answered in accordance with law. Needful be done

in four weeks.

Needless to state that the private respondents who will be affected by the action of the Department shall be notified before action is taken.
