Sujata Sahu v. Ravi Kiran Kabdaula
$~21 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + C.R.P. 183/2016 SUJATA SAHU ..... Petitioner Through Petitioner in person.
versus RAVI KIRAN KABDAULA ..... Respondent Through None.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR
O R D E R
% 09.11.2016 C.M. No.41761/2016 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to just exceptions. Application disposed of.
C.R.P. 183/2016 Petitioner is appearing in person. She is aggrieved by the order dated 29.8.2016. Vide this order, the Court in its discretion thought it fit to grant Rs.11,000/- as litigation fee; her demand was Rs.1,00,000/-; this has not been acceded to. The matter is yet before the concerned Family Court. The Court had also noted that the petitioner is receiving Rs.22,000/- per month as maintenance. The discretion exercised by the learned Family Judge in granting Rs.11,000/- (which largely appears to be an interim measures as the petition is yet pending before the concerned Court) was a discretion exercised fairly. The impugned order calls for no interference.
This Court also notes that in Family Court no court fee is required to be affixed by the parties.
Petition is dismissed.
