% 01.05.2018 CM No.17628/2018 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of.

W.P.(C) 10563/2016 & CM Nos.41454/2016, 44131/2016, 2176/2017 & 38485/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since a PIL being W.P.(C) No.2503/2017 dealing with the issue of demarcation of the same Khasra as involved in the present petition, is pending before the Division Bench, the petitioner instead of pressing the present petition wishes to approach the Division Bench with an appropriate application. He therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as not pressed. The pending applications also stand disposed of. DASTI.
